Indian Cooking Workshop March 21 and March 22, 2019

Why Indian? The spices - the vegetables - the beans - the protein — the options...are endless. They are as big and beautiful as all of India. I am sourcing all kinds if ingredients to create several well known and lesser known recipes - and you can come cook them with me and learn the recipes and techniques of this amazing food culture. 4:30-9:00pm both days. Trying to be sensitive to work schedules - hoping this far in advance you will be able to arrange timing. This workshop will include: 8-10 Recipes taught and prepared, Spice Mixtures (we will make and you will take), Techniques, Possible Special Indian Chef Guest — and more takeaways (history, research, cooking tools and where to source, etc.). If you want to travel to India, join me for these two days of cooking, culture, food, and fun!

We will make spice mixtures, 8-12 Indian Food Recipes based on class desire. We will vote on the dishes, but will defintely make Chicken Tikka and Shrimp Vindaloo, Butternut Squash in Sweet Tamarind Masala, Lamb Korma, etc. Bring your questions, come ready to cook and have lots of fun!
