CLASS OFFERINGS

Any class offered on my website can be modified into a Zoom experience, both private and corporate!

Around the World - interesting recipes, regional favorites (i.e. Umbrian Pesto and Handmade Pasta or Crepes Poulet or Paella), etc. You can pick 3/4 countries that you are interested in exploring and I will hand pick some delicious, flavorful and healthy recipes. Or we can go with Italy, France, Sweden and Spain!

--Indian Street Food - you might be scared of curries - but no one should be! In this class, we will explore the flavors of India, what adds heat to a dish, a make recipes with minced lamb, a good white fish, sirloin, chick peas, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, chick pea flour, chillies and lots of spice options! 

--Spatchcock Chicken with Asian Glaze -- & other glazes that will tempt your tastebuds; Chicken Under a Brick, and 2/3 healthy, colorful side dishes. Steamed Broccoli with an Oregano Butter Drizzle, Oven Roasted Cherry Tomatoes, and/or Oven Roasted Carrots with an Apple Chutney Dipping Sauce are just three examples. 

--Spices, Kitchen Tricks and Knife Skills - want to concentrate on things that will make your life easier in the kitchen? This class will focus on tips and tricks for added fun in the kitchen. Learn how to perfectly size your vegetables, cut an onion, sharpen your knives.  We'll make a few dishes along the way too.

--Desserts!  Desserts! Desserts! Have you ever made an Almond Butter Cake where everyone licks their plate? Apple and Apricot Galettes? Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta with Chocolate Velvet Cookies; Layered Lemon, crumb and blueberry bars.....the most decadent Chocolate Pudding. Where does one begin?
