Around the World - interesting recipes, regional favorites (i.e. Umbrian Pesto and Handmade Pasta or Crepes Poulet or Paella), etc. You can pick 3/4 countries that you are interested in exploring and I will hand pick some delicious, flavorful and healthy recipes. In this class, we will explore the flavors of India, what adds heat to a dish, a make recipes with minced lamb, a good white fish, sirloin, chick peas, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, chick pea flour, chillies and lots of spice options!
--Spatchcock Chicken with Asian Glaze -- & other glazes that will tempt your tastebuds; Chicken Under a Brick, and 2/3 healthy, colorful side dishes. Steamed Broccoli with an Oregano Butter Drizzle, Oven Roasted Cherry Tomatoes, and/or Oven Roasted Carrots with an Apple Chutney Dipping Sauce are just three examples.
