Kids! Cooking with Abby: Each week, Chef Abby will teach basic kitchen and culinary skills, a and kitchen safety. We will also cook together. Kids eat what they cook, and when appropriate and available, kids will be allowed to bring their food home to their family. Below is a sample menu and ideas. I typcially give kids choices. They end up tasting lots of things and expanding their likes!

Week 4: Abby's Bake Shop
Spring/Summer Berry Pie
Fruit and Fig Gallettes - FIg Ganache Drizzle
Chocolate Flourless Cake or Ricotta Cheese Cake (we'll take a vote)
If time, GInger Cookies (first 3 items for sure)
